Description
Mrs. Schall’s Cake
2 T butter - 1 Cup brown sugar Cream
and put in pan. Place pineapple
or peaches on top of it.
3 eggs
1 ½ c sugar } Mix & beat well.
½ c water
1 ½ c flour
1 ½ T B. P.
Add water & flour alter
nately to eggs & sugar.
Mix well and pour over
fruit. Bake 45 min.
Serve with whipped cream
(Use ½ of recipe)
